How does IzyCard e-Payment work exactly?
Customers tap the card (NFC) or scan the QR and it opens your payment link instantly — with your details ready (no typing).
Do customers need to type my phone number?
No. The card opens the payment with your details already filled to avoid mistakes.
Is this a bank card or does it charge customers automatically?
No. It’s an NFC + QR card that opens your payment details. The customer still confirms and pays inside their app.
How does setup work after I order?
After checkout, we WhatsApp you to confirm your payment link, then we program the cards and ship them ready to use.
What do you need from me to program the card?
Your payment link (from inside your payment app). If you’re not sure where to find it, send a screenshot and we’ll guide you.
Is it one-time use or unlimited?
Unlimited. No expiry, no monthly fees. Pay once and use it as many times as you want.
Can one card have multiple payment links?
No — 1 card = 1 payment link (for clarity + best performance).
If you want different staff / different accounts, you’ll need separate cards.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. We can update your card’s link for free if your details change.
To keep it stable, updates are limited to once per month per card (usually done within 24 hours).
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. QR works on all phones. NFC works on most modern phones (iPhone + Android).
What is the material and size of the card?
Premium PVC (water-resistant) made for daily business use.
Size: standard bank card size.
Do you deliver all over Egypt? How long does delivery take?
Yes — nationwide delivery across Egypt. Usually 2–3 business days.
