5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through www.izycard.com, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  • All information provided is true, complete, and accurate.

  • You understand that customized products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged (except for confirmed defects caused by IzyCard).

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Paymob and Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer or bank.

6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our Refund Policy for the full terms. As a general rule:

  • Customized products (such as NFC cards with printed or programmed data) are strictly non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or the error is attributable to IzyCard.

  • Requests for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, along with proof (photos or videos) of the issue.

IzyCard reserves the right to deny refund or return requests that do not meet these conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, IzyCard will not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or purchase of our products.

  • Any errors or omissions in product descriptions or technical issues beyond our control (e.g., server outages, hacking).

  • Issues arising from misuse of NFC cards or incorrect use by the customer.
