Do customers need to type my phone number?
No. The stand opens the payment with your details already filled to avoid mistakes.
Is this a bank card or does it charge customers automatically?
No. It’s an NFC + QR stand that opens your payment details. The customer still confirms and pays inside their app.
How does setup work after I order?
After checkout, we WhatsApp you to confirm your payment link, then we program the stand and ship it ready to use.
What do you need from me to program the card?
Your payment link (from inside your payment app). If you’re not sure where to find it, send a screenshot and we’ll guide you.
Is it one-time use or unlimited?
Unlimited. No expiry, no monthly fees. Pay once and use it as many times as you want.
Can one stand have multiple payment links?
No —1 stand = 1 payment link (for clarity + best performance).
If you want different accounts, you’ll need separate stands.
Can I change the link later?
Yes. We can update your stand’s link for free if your details change.
To keep it stable, updates are limited to once per month per stand (usually done within 24 hours).
